Here’s the thing, I’m going to drink, I’m going to eat a whole pizza, whole bag of chips, 2 double cheeseburgers, at some point this year. I’m going to blog about it when it happens. But my real goal is to just be more senseable, not so extreme in my eating. I know if I have to write about my piggish eating that I will be less likely to do it in the first place. Accountability will prove to be my great motivator in 2010!

 So tonight I went out with my crew, we went to cosmic bowling. I like to bowl about once a year, so I can check that off my 2010 list. The boys were drinking beers, and I for some reason was not even tempeted. Maybe cause its 9 degrees outside. I think it’s because of losefast.com Im shooting for big things by May.

 4 eggs 1 slice of kraft cheese, 3 strips bacon, 2 sausage patties, water

 One large pork steak, potato salad, hand full of chips, water

1.1.10 Thats pretty cool to write

So writing down every meal I consume for one year started off with a bang this morning. I ordered a yogurt and fruit medley at one of my favorite breakfast spots. I was jealous of Max, he ordered a 6 meat omelette. 6! meats! That sounds like a wonderfull attack on the body. I stayed strong and enjoyed my fruit. When is lunch again?

Lunch, Salad, with ranch. Chicken breast, water.

Dinner, Chicken sandwich on wheat. water.

2010 Goals and plans

“This year I’m going to get so organized, in shape, and rich”  sound familiar? And then we all head out to a new years party to drink and take in 3,000 calories, to “kick off” the new year. New years day we are all worthless, and so the new year starts the same as every other one. Not 2010. For me, Phillip im going to still drink tonight and eat to many little apps, but the difference is I’m going to keep track of EVERY FREAKING THING I ingest in my body this year. My goal is that tell the would what and how much I consume, hoping it will keep me from having that 2nd cheeseburger, or any of the other gluttonous ways that I have grown way to accustom too. This weight loss blog will not be like the others. I plan on keeping it loose and funny. I currently am at 6ft3 and right at 300 LBS. That’s Way to big. I might carry it ok, but I’m 31, How many 6ft3 300 lbs guys do you know that are 60? Ill wait…..that’s right, I have to change now. Together we can all get to out goals, so hit me up if you have any good suggestions. Phillip Ashley Vincent.
